Insight (hereinafter "the Controller") is a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the development and commercialization of vibroacoustic technology systems for holistic well-being. The Controller is committed to the protection of the personal data of its users, clients, and collaborators, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations in Mexico.

• Primary purposes: Information requests, demonstrations, sales management, delivery, after-sales, technical support, and updates.
• Secondary purposes: Sending newsletters, event invitations, satisfaction surveys, and publishing testimonials on digital platforms.
4. Use of third-party images — Testimonials and reviews
Insight may use visual material in which the holder appears exclusively for the purposes of disseminating testimonials, illustrating product use, and supporting demonstration processes, always with prior consent and without affecting the integrity of the holder.
5. Use of artificial intelligence in images
We use generative AI tools for the creation of illustrative and aesthetic images. Images that include real people will only be used with informed consent and never to create false representations.
6. Data transfer to third parties
We will not sell your data. It will only be transferred when necessary for the provision of the service (courier/messaging) or as required by a competent authority.
7. ARCO Rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition. To exercise them, send an email to insightvibroacustica@gmail.com with your official identification and a description of the right you wish to exercise.

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. In the event of a significant breach, we will notify the data subject via email.
